But is « çынна » a correct form of « çын »? The text was « 2002 çулта 10, 350 пин çынна яхăн пурăннă. » and I didn't change anything ; are some articles written by not-(well)-speaking Chuvashian persons ? Yes, there are two version of this sentence ("çын" — nominative case, "çынна" — dative case). If you shall using "çынна" everywhere, the sentence can be wrong.
